We are your “eyes and ears” when interacting with sites, alerting you of any risks, and developing solid solutions to keep the study on track. Our local staff provides sites with training, support and oversight, ensuring studies consistent with Good Clinical Practices. Lucerent has been operating as a fully registered private company since 2013.

All clinical staff at Lucerent are certified in ICH GCP standards to ensure we can provide the highest level of study management services. Combining our knowledge of local culture and behaviors, our CRAs work closely with sites helping them adhere to global standards and quality.

Our local presence allows us to establish strong partnerships with clinical sites and understand their research capabilities and patient workflow, essential to high quality data collection. Additionally, as the only legally registered CRO in Cambodia, we can:
support the local PI(s) in submitting regulatory documentation;
represent the PI and/or Sponsor at meetings requested by the National Ethics Committee;
coordinate with local companies to ensure proper storage and distribution of products;
assist in contract negotiations and reimbursement;
identify qualified laboratories.

Project metrics can include patient enrollment, timelines, resource allocation, costs vs. budget. Ongoing measurement of these metrics mitigate project risk and improve decision making ability. Clear processes are also established for escalating and resolving local issues during the project.
At Lucerent, our mission is to increase the clinical research capacity of clinicians by providing opportunities for participation in Sponsor studies and trainings in ICH GCP.
We also strive to promote the creation of national Cambodia GCP Guidelines for the protection of human subjects and integrity of scientific data.
